A Vote for Jenny Burke is a Vote for Public Safety

Elect Jenny Burke, Candidate for State Representative, 45th District

Jenny Burke works hard at everything she does. She lives in Itasca with her husband, Patrick, and is a working moth of three wonderful kids, Sam (13), Julie (11) and Ben (8). She earned her Master’s degree and Law degree simultaneously from DePaul University – all the while working a full-time job and starting a family. Jenny has worked in the Illinois Appellate Court, as well as in the private sector, where she has spent more than a decade working with the same company.

Since her election onto the Itasca District 10 Board of Education, Jenny has worked tirelessly with teachers and taxpayers to find solution that will keep our public schools strong for our children, without placing a greater tax burden on working families.

Jenny scored 100% on the G-PAC Candidate Questionnaire, and supports legislation that would ban on semi-automatic, military-style assault weapons and high capacity ammunition magazines; banning concealed carrying in establishments that serve alcohol and places of worship; and cracking down on illegal gun trafficking by licensing gun dealers.
